The singer will now be on tablets as her pancreas no longer functions due to her alcohol consumption which saw her drinking two bottles of wine and a full bottle of vodka every day.
The tablets help Michelle digest food as her pancreas failing means that Heaton can no longer do this unaided. ‘I’ll be on tablets for the rest of my life because I can’t digest my food and that’s left me with very bad bowel issues,’ she explained.
