Time continues to tick almost 11 years after Formula One icon Michael Schumacher sustained life-changing injuries while skiing.The seven-time F1 world champion suffered a traumatic brain injury in December 2013 during a skiing trip when he veered slightly off-piste leading to his fall where he hit his head on a rock.
He was immediately rushed to hospital where he is placed in a medically induced coma.Since his accident, he's yet to be seen in public as he remains under the watchful eye of his wife Corinna at their family home in Lake Geneva.
