Comedy king Michael McIntyre is set to dazzle fans with a special BBC comedy special, marking his incredible 25-year journey in stand-up.The laugh-out-loud special, which plans to premiere on BBC One and iPlayer later this year, sees the comedy maestro grace the illustrious London Palladium stage with his sharp humour and hilarious observations.

In a chat about his landmark moment, McIntyre gushed: "I've had an amazing 25 years since my first stand-up gig and the BBC have been such a huge part of that, giving me some wonderful stages on which to perform from Live at the Apollo, to Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow and Michael McIntyre's Big Show."
