Dylan Douglas is getting into the family business! The 24-year-old son of Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones has been cast in his first movie, a thriller, according to Variety.

This will mark Dylan‘s on-screen acting debut, though he has previously lent his voice to an episode of Disney’s Phineas and Ferb. Keep reading to find out more… Dylan will make his film debut in the upcoming thriller, I Will Come to You, which is said to be a “thought-provoking exploration of the human psyche, delving into the intricate intersection of attraction and danger, hidden truths and the devastating consequences of betrayal.” The aspiring actor has been cast in the lead role of Julian Marks, who is “a complex and enigmatic character driven by conflicting desires and murky motivations. “I was drawn to this role because of its complexity and depth,” he told Variety in a statement. “I am looking forward to bringing this character to life and being a part of a project that pushes boundaries.” Jacob Arden will write and direct the feature. “This is a role that demands both restraint and raw intensity. Dylan brings a natural presence and depth that will be crucial in bringing Julian to life,” he said.

In addition to starring in the movie, Dylan will also serve as a producer! Last year, Dylan‘s famous dad Michael Douglas, 80, reflected on being an older dad and being mistake for Dylan and sister Carys‘ grandfather.
