Rangers defender Adam Devine reckons the "intensity" has changed at the club since Michael Beale took over from Gio van Bronckhorst.Beale has won four and drawn one of his five games since taking over from the Dutchman in November, with the only dropped Scottish Premiership points coming against Celtic on derby day.

Since the arrival of the Queens Park Rangers boss the Ibrox side have failed to close the nine point gap on Ange Postecoglou's league leaders, but the young defender reckons there has been a major difference felt by the players behind the scenes. The 19-year-old enjoyed a run in the starting line-up under Beale while Borna Barisic was on World Cup duty with Croatia, and the academy graduate has revealed he quickly felt the demands placed on him by the new Rangers boss at Auchenhowie.

Speaking at Hampden to promote the SPFL Match Attax collection, Devine said: "He is very demanding in training."It is competitive every day in training.
