The midfielder has been heavily touted with a move to Ibrox dating back to Gio van Bronckhorst's tenure as boss, and Michael Beale spoke highly of the 21-year-old ahead of the Scottish Cup showdown with St Johnstone this weekend.
While the Londoner insisted that no deals would be announced before the clash at McDiarmid Park it appears there is plenty going on behind the scenes, with Todd Cantwell also nearing a move from Norwich City, Reports in Belgium suggest that Raskin has already agreed to a pre-contract switch to the Scottish Premiership, as he looks to return to first-team football having been sent to the Standard Liege B team by Ronny Deila after failing to commit his future to the club.
He hasn't featured since the World Cup but could kickstart his career away from the club with sides across Europe monitoring the player.
