TMZ, the star will serve eight years in prison for the second-degree vehicular homicide charge.She will also serve 18 months in prison on the fourth-degree assault by auto, which will be served concurrently.Under the No Early Release Act, Locane will have to serve 6 years 9 months and 22 days in prison before she can be eligible for parole.
