Melanie, now, 54, reportedly quit TV after her experience of the celebrity cook-off in 2021. She's understood to have written about being a contestant in her memoir Illuminated, which was published last year, and took to YouTube this week with further comments.
Melanie's experience has resurfaced amidst a storm of claims from previous MasterChef contestants of historical misconduct complaints.
Present, Greg, 60, has stepped away from his role on the BBC whilst its production company Banijay UK are probing complaints, The Mirror reports.
