Adams, who played Meghan Markle’s on-screen husband, Mike Ross, said he thinks creator Aaron Korsh, who is working on the spinoff, would be onboard with a movie.“Yes, and I say that being a person who has no power or authority, but obviously there’s a ‘Suits: LA’ show that is being made that is the focus of Aaron.
I think he would agree,” said Adams, 42.“But it’s definitely something he’s interested in doing, in trying to get the band back together.”Adams added: “So it depends on a million things if that can happen, but is it possible?
I think it is possible.”The actor elaborated on the possibility of a “Suits” film while speaking to Entertainment Tonight at the event.“I don’t want to speak for Aaron, but the motivation for him is always story, and if he sits there and he comes up with something that really excited him — whether it be with these characters or new characters like ‘Suits: LA’ — then when he gets energized about something, something great happens.”Adams continued: “I know from him that he’s excited about the idea of some sort of film format for us, but, you know, I think his main job is getting ‘Suits: LA’ off the ground at the moment.Sarah Rafferty and Dulé Hill, who were also at the ATX TV Festival, as were Abigail Spencer and Amanda Schull, confirmed they’d be onboard with a reunion movie.“Oh my gosh, we’d have so much fun,” Rafferty, 51, told ET.‘It would be a blast,” said Hill, 49. “I’m just gonna put that out there.”It was also announced Sunday that the ninth and final season of “Suits” will hit Netflix on July 1.
