Five of Meghan Markle's best friends could be called into court to give evidence on if they colluded with the Duchess to reveal the letter sent to her father.
The letter at the centre of the Meghan Markle’s legal battle with a newspaper detailed her intimate "thoughts and feelings" about her father's health and their relationship.
Her closest pals could be asked under oath whether Meghan knew about her friends giving interviews and mentioning the letter to the media.
Defence lawyers claim Mr Thomas Markle shared the letter with The Mail on Sunday after Meghan's friends gave interviews regarding it to the US magazine, People, in February 2019.
