The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced their dramatic departure as senior members of the royal establishment back in January 2020, and since then have levelled a series of stunning accusations against their relatives.In the novel poll, which questioned 2,000 Brits, Megxit emerged as the top 'betrayal' with more than a quarter (26 percent) of the vote, beating out dramas such as Wagatha Christie with Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy, and even Robbie Williams parting ways with Take That.
The survey was carried out by Alton Towers Resort following the launch of Nemesis Reborn.Divisional Director at Alton Towers Resort Bianca Sammut said: "As a nation Britain is defined by its sense of fair play.
That's why we find betrayals so hard to stomach." She added: "From Megxit to Wagatha Christie and The Willy Wonka Experience we're glad to have finally settled the ultimate debate over Britain's Biggest Betrayals.", reports the Mirror.
