Meghan Markle 'regrets' allowing Prince Harry to write his memoir, according to royal source

It’s been reported that Meghan Markle blames Prince Harry’s shocking revelations in his memoir spare about his family for the plunge in popularity faced by the couple recently.

One source close to the royals has claimed that the former Suits actress is annoyed at herself for failing to be more “hands on” during the process of Harry writing his tell-all first book after a backlash against some of his honesty and claims about his relatives.

The frustrated Duchess of Sussex believes she and her husband were on a journey to success at the top of the year but believes Harry’s honesty about incidents including a reported scuffle between him and his brother and him branding Queen Camilla “dangerous” as reasons for their recent apparent loss of public support.

Speaking to Heat magazine, the source said, following the end of the couple’s multi-million pound deal with Spotify, Meghan is out and out blaming the Duke of Sussex for “going after his family the way that he did”.The source said: "Meghan can now see that, whether it's fair or not, they are being viewed as these professional whiners and it's not as simple as her distancing herself, because she has to be seen as fully supportive of Harry."She's now regretting that she wasn't more hands-on or involved when he was putting his book together.
