Now, a leading royal expert has waded in on the unexpected turn of events, saying the Duchess of Sussex finds it hard to give up 'control', which could be a contributing factor in Josh's exit.The public relations maestro began working with Harry just before the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's three-day tour to Nigeria in May.
But, just months later, Josh has stepped away from the position, which was meant to help "guide him [Harry] through his next phase".
Insiders said that his exit was a 'mutual' decision, having been on a trial period, with a consensus that it wasn't quite the perfect match.
