Meghan Markle contributes recipe to cookbook ahead of 'relaunching lifestyle blog'

Meghan Markle has announced her latest move in the wellness sector amid rumours she's set to relaunch her lifestyle blog, The Tig.

While many celebrities now have wellness brands – think Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop, Kourtney Kardashian’s Poosh and Kate Hudson’s INBLOOM – the Duchess was one of the first to launch one, in the years before she became a royal.

Covering everything from her thoughts on the latest fashion trends to travel diaries, recipes and relationship advice, the 41 year old was active on the blog from 2014 to 2017.The site was named after her favourite red wine, Tignanello, but it was shut down just months before she announced her engagement to Prince Harry.

And now, as Meghan gears up for the launch of what many people are calling, The Tig 2.0, the Duchess has delved into the archives to contribute one of her favourite recipes to a celebrity cookbook.
