Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly feeling "upset and bruised" in the wake of a critical Vanity Fair article that emerged last week, which suggested that "things aren't good for them right now".
The piece, entitled 'Inside Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Big Business Ambitions, 5 Years After Their Royal Exit', took a close look at the Sussexes' activities since stepping back from royal duties in 2020.It featured claims such as someone from Meghan's camp considering a book deal post-divorce, and suggestions that Beyoncé turned down an offer to feature on Meghan's podcast Archetypes, the Mirror reports. The article also touched upon the notion of Harry being at ease with Meghan being the main earner, leaving the couple feeling "upset and bruised," as per royal expert Kinsey Schofield during her conversation with Sky News Australia.
Schofield disclosed that the pair were particularly troubled by the publication, saying: "It is my understanding that they are upset over it [and] I'm being told that things aren't good for them right now, between Meghan's show being postponed, which I've heard was Netflix's idea, and just the idea that she has worked so hard to rebrand herself and here comes a very respected publication reiterating some of the nastiest claims about her."She further commented: "So I think they are bruised and they're sitting back trying to figure out how to process going forward."Get the latest news sent straight to your messages by joining our WhatsApp community today. You'll receive daily updates on breaking news as well as the top headlines across Scotland. No one will be able to see who is signed up and no one can send messages except the Daily Record team. All you have to do is click here if you're
