Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton had a falling out before the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's wedding, with both sides making claims after the incident became public.
Prince Harry has since given his account of the events in his bestselling memoir, Spare. At the time, tabloids reported that Meghan allegedly made Kate cry over a disagreement about Princess Charlotte's bridesmaid dress in the lead-up to the Sussexes' wedding.
However, during their landmark interview with Oprah Winfrey in early 2021, Meghan claimed that "the reverse happened", and it was actually Kate which made her cry before the wedding in 2018.
In his book, Harry wrote that Kate had texted Meghan four days before the wedding to say the dresses needed to be remade, reports the Express.
