Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been slammed by a royal commentator who claims their recent joint interview showed a total "lack of concern" for the Royal Family.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex appeared on CBS's Sunday Morning for their first joint interview in three years, where they announced their new project, The Parents Network. The program aims to tackle child safety online and connect families who have lost their children to suicide due to a lack of safeguarding online, the Express reports. The former Suits actress opened up her own mental health battles during the interview as she admits she "only scratched the surface" when she previously spoke about her personal battles in her infamous interview with Oprah Winfrey back in March 2021.

The mum-of-two added that she hopes "being open" about her own suicidal thoughts and "online bullying" can "save others".The duchess has now been blasted for her "scratching the surface" comment by royal commentator Kinsey Schofield who claims the remark is a "veiled threat" to the Royal Family. The expert added that the Sussexes had shown a lack of "awareness and concern" for the mental health of their own family members, especially Kate Middleton's who was diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer earlier this year.
