Prince Harry and Meghan Markle welcomed their second child, daughter Lilibet Diana. Unfortunately, since the birth of the couples new arrival baby Lilibet hasn't been able to meet her great grandmother The Queen.The Queen hasn't seen Harry since his grandfather, Prince Phillip's funeral or Harry's family since they moved to America last summer.Harry, 37, flew home to England for Prince Philip’s funeral in April and the unveiling a statue of his late mother, Princess Diana, in July.The Duchess of Sussex has remained in the States with their children as at the time of Prince Phillips funeral, the Duchess was unable to fly due to her pregnancy.The lack of family time is a likely blow for the Queen, who would surely love to spend some quality.
