Meghan and Harry's 'loyal attack dog has misread room' with Endgame swipes, expert claims

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's "loyal attack-dog" has misread the room and could end up landing the former royal couple in trouble, an expert has warned.Royal biographer Omid Scobie released his explosive book Endgame yesterday which claims that the future of the monarchy is "in a crisis" with a "fight for survival".

The journalist, who has previously been dubbed as the "unofficial mouthpiece" of the Sussexes, co-authored Finding freedom, a biography of the duke and duchess which chronicled the couple in glowing terms as they received favourable treatment in his new book.During Endgame, Scobie makes a series of allegations involving Harry and Meghan, including claims that Prince William and other family members "covertly sanctioned" leaks to reporters about Harry.The biography also states that the Prince of Wales ignored texts from his younger brother Harry when the family were making their way to Balmoral to be by the late Queen's side in her final hours, the Mirror reports.In addition to this, Scobie claims that Charles and Meghan exchanged letters in the wake of her interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021 where she told the US chat show host that an unnamed member of the Firm had made racist remarks about her son.The alleged letters are said to reveal the identity of the two people that the duchess claims aired their 'concerns' about the colour of Prince Archie's skin before he was born.Endgame's release date comes as it's recently been suggested that Harry and Meghan are eager to make amends with the royals and want to spend time with them in the neature future.However, royal historian Tessa Dunlop, who has read Endgame, believes that their hopes of a reconciliation could be threatened by the release.
