Megan and Brian have allegedly been living in different homes for the last few months. The former 90210 star is said to be staying in Malibu while Megan resides in Calabasas.
Early this week rumours were swirling that the pair had split up when both actors were pictured without their wedding rings on.
Just a few weeks ago, Megan was spotted meeting her husband in a parking lot near her home to drop off and pick up their three kids, Noah, 7, Bodhi, 6, and Journey, 3.
