After more than 10 years of marriage, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are now officially divorced.The final divorce settlement was signed off by a judge on Tuesday, according to TMZ.The exes reached a settlement in their divorce last year but were still waiting on a judge to complete the process.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are now officially divorced; pictured 2019TMZ reported at the time that the terms in the settlement included an agreement to joint legal and physical custody of their three sons - Noah, nine, Bodhi, seven, and five-year-old Journey - which had been agreed on since the very beginning.Perhaps the most interesting bit is that insiders told the publication that there was no prenuptial agreement and since their marriage lasted over a decade, and according to California law, anything acquired during it would be a 50/50 split between the two parties.TMZ also reported the the documents do not contain information about child and spousal support but there is a reference to a settlement which was agreed upon that was not filed with the court.The Transformers actress will also have her name restored from Megan Green back to Megan Fox.
