Naga Munchetty, 46, has called attention to an appeal from BBC Breakfast producer, Nadia Dahabiyeh, to help retrieve a sentimental object that had been lost on the London Underground.

In a desperate plea for help, Nadia shared a photograph of her young niece, Sophia, to Twitter.She wrote: “This is Teddy. He’s been with Sophia since she was born - she ADORES him.  “He was dropped on the district line to Tower Bridge earlier.“Please Twitter, work your magic and help find a bedraggled bear that means the world to this little girl.  “He has an H on the paw - please retweet.”Nadia’s plea has been retweeted more than 8,000 times as users rally behind her to find the lost bear.Naga shared the producer’s post and wrote in view of her 265,000 followers: “Oh, this would be the BEST happy ending x.”TV personality Ellen Rose also said: “Any Londoners following went on the district line yesterday?
