The fast food restaurant will be adding exciting new stories for kids to read, or toys of their favourite TV and film characters.
With schools closed over lockdown, the new move is proving a welcome one for parents. It comes after 47% of parents say their kids are reading less with 55% admitting it's to do with having little access at home.
Michelle Graham-Clare, from McDonald's UK, said: "We have been committed to getting books in children's hands for nearly a decade, and are proud to have distributed more than 93 million books in the UK and Ireland in that.
