The FBI briefing on Rep. Eric Swalwell’s ties to a suspected Chinese spy made it clear that he should not remain on the House Intelligence Committee, House Minority Leader Rep.
Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., said on "Sunday Morning Futures." The classified briefing on Friday included only McCarthy and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif. "No one that was in that room could walk out and say Eric Swalwell should be on the intel committee," he said.
