Max George's ex warns girlfriend Maisie Smith that 'he will cheat'
ok.co.ukCarrie Baker has issued a warning to former EastEnders star Maisie Smith, who’s dating her ex Max George. The pair have started dating in recent weeks, and have since shared a series of gushy posts about one another on social media.
Things appear to be going well between Maisie, 21, and Max, 34 – who met on Strictly Come Dancing – but Carrie thinks it won’t last for long as a “leopard does not change its spots”. “If I spoke to Maisie I would warn her to pay attention to what happened to us and learn from it,” Carrie, who dated the Glad You Came singer for five years, told The Sun. “Max is not going to change.
A leopard does not change its spots.” She went on: “It's sad but he simply cannot resist other women. I was not shocked at all to hear that he had cheated on Stacey [Giggs] to be honest.To hear that he was in a relationship with Maisie at the same time as he was seeing Stacey, it all sounded way too familiar to me.” Carrie also noted Max’s ex-fiancée Michelle Keegan and alleged that all three of them thought he’d cheated on them. “It’s a cycle that I don’t think Max will ever be able to break unfortunately,” she added. “Hopefully for the sake of the women he can stop because it sucks to have your heart broken.” Carrie went on to tell 21 year old Maisie to “be careful” because “who knows what [Max] will do next”.
Meanwhile, ex Stacey said she’d “shifted a lead weight” following her break up from the singer. OK! have contacted Max’s reps for comment.
