Maura Higgins to get 'shock of her life' after being dumped in I'm A Celeb jungle
ok.co.ukFormer Love Island star Maura Higgins is set to make her debut on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! this week.The 33 year old, who is rumoured to be dating Strictly Come Dancing's Pete Wicks, will reportedly be dumped in the Jungle Junkyard as part of a secret trial.
Instead of joining the rest of this year's campmates at the main camp, Maura will be roughing it even more in a super basic camp - a far cry from the luxury hotel in Las Vegas she just flew in from.
In a surprise twist, she will be joined by fellow latecomer writer and broadcaster Reverend Richard Coles, reports the Mirror.
ITV bosses are said to have "a few surprises up their sleeve" for the pair, which are sure to delight viewers. A source told Mail Online: "Maura and Richard Coles are in for the shock of their lives when they enter the Australian jungle as they will be sleeping in a horrible junkyard. "Maura has gone from the bright lights of Sin City to being dumped into the basic camp, with no luxuries whatsoever.
