Just under one year prior to his tragic passing on 28 October, Matthew Perry made a shocking premonition about his death in his memoir Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing.
The actor, who shot to fame in the 1990s for his portrayal of Chandler Bing in hit US sitcom Friends, opened up about his life on and off screen in his memoir, which was published in November 2022, as well as his struggles with addiction.
Matthew made an eerie confession in the book, writing: "Not only do I have the disease, but I also have it bad. I have it as bad as you can have it, in fact.
It’s back-to-the-wall time all the time. It’s going to kill me." Matthew had suffered from alcohol and drug addiction for a number of years, and had made it his mission to help others experiencing the same issues.
