A private funeral took place for Friends star Matthew Perry who was laid to rest at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Los Angeles on Friday.
The actor, most famous for portraying Chandler Bing in the hit US sitcom Friends, tragically passed away on 28 October at his home in LA at the age of 54.
It was said to be a ceremony of "tears and laughter" without a "dry eye in there" as friends and family members gathered to lay the actor to rest a week and bid their final farewell following his death.The service ended with a rendition of Peter Gabriel's song 'Don't Give Up' which reportedly left everyone in tears as they remembered their beloved friend.
The funeral was attended by Matthew's parents, John Benett Perry, Suzanne, and stepfather Keith Morrison, along with other family members and close friends.
