Matt Lucas reveals secret to dramatic weight loss after being publicly fat-shamed

Despite being surrounded by an array of delicious cakes, biscuits and pastries during his time presenting The Great British Bake Off, star Matt Lucas managed to lose an impressive amount of weight.

In contrast to many others who gained a few pounds during the coronavirus pandemic lockdowns, Matt spent his time slimming down.

However, following his dramatic weight loss, the TV and film star even encountered some 'thin-shaming'. He took to Twitter after attending an Arsenal football match at the Emirates last season, writing: "Shout out to the lady who stopped me at the football today to ask me why I've lost weight and to inform me I look a lot older." "For the first time in my life, I think I've just been thin-shamed." He previously chatted with Lorraine Kelly on ITV about his transformation and how he's keeping the weight off.
