Once the festive feast on Christmas Day is over, many will be left pondering what to do with all the turkey leftovers. Boxing Day might be filled with leftover sandwiches, or even round two of a full roast dinner.
But if there's still more meat left over, thoughts often turn to a turkey curry. You could just stick it all in with a jar of ready made sauce.
Or you could create a confection from scratch for a really tasty treat. And the good thing about making your own is you can add lots of spices which tends to be just what you crave after the carb overload of Christmas Day itself.
We asked Manchester's MasterChef champion Simon Wood what his tips would be for the turkey leftovers, and he's got two recipes up his sleeve.
