Simon appeared to be listening intently to the Good Morning Britain host as he puffed on a cigarette, after pulling his mask down to his chin.
The talent show mogul, 61, showed off his trim figure in a pair of slim fit jeans and a back puffer jacket. While Piers, 55, wrapped up in navy trousers and a matching number under a black wool coat.
The sighting comes after Simon was spotted appearing to row with his long-term Lauren Silverman in the middle of the street.
