Marvel Studios has decided to 'temporarily shut down production-related activities in Atlanta' as they search for a new director, after Bassam Tariq exited the project two weeks ago according to The Hollywood Reporter.The movie - which is set to star two-time Academy Award winner Mahershala Ali, 48 - was going to start shooting in November, but will now be on pause as the studio searches for a new filmmaker and 'further develops the feature.' The studio reportedly hopes to restart production in early 2023, and has pushed the release date for September 6, 2024.Tariq, who announced his exit from the project at the end of September, will still serve as an executive producer.
