Martine McCutcheon has penned a candid post about her mental health after admitting that she has had a "time of struggle recently".Taking to Instagram on Tuesday 25 January evening, the Love Actually star, who spoke of her Lyme disease flare-up last year, revealed her career fears in her honest post.

The star explained: "I didn't want any kind of victim label, as I actually feel the opposite of that.

I like to think I'm quite a brave person. An optimist. A go-getter & a believer of the good in people. "But I've had a time of struggle recently.

"But with most things in life, I would always try & bounce back… And then there are times you just can't.
