Martine McCutcheon 'takes swipe' at ex Jack McManus in cryptic posts after split

Martine McCutcheon, 48, has seemingly taken some swipes at her ex in a series of posts on her Instagram Stories.The Love Actually actress split from Jack McManus in August, after saying 'I do' all the way back in back in September 2012.

Now, she has hinted that the breakup is still raw, sharing words about "falling apart" and "looking forward. In her first post, Martine reposted a quote about cutting people out of your life. "Sometimes, healing means telling people to f**k off," the quote read, with Martine expressing her agreement by adding a firm "Absobloodylutely!" Next, Martine shared a photo of a short poem in a book.The heartfelt words read: "And all this time, you thought you were falling apart, you didn't realise you were actually putting yourself back together." The actress - who has also starred in EastEnders - added a message for her fans alongside the photo, writing: "For anyone who needs this, keep the faith.

Look forward - not back... and smile... you WILL be OK... Maybe even better than OK." Martine has been candid about her emotions since her split from Jack, with whom she shares a son, Rafferty, 9, reports the Mirror.

At the time of the separation, she made it clear that Jack was the one to end things. "After much thought and consideration, Jack has decided it's best for us to separate after 18 years together and I accept his decision.
