The pair have been spotted as they spent two nights of love in a suite at the top of swanky Hotel De La Ville in Rome. In pictures, Dominic, who married his wife Catherine in 2010, affectionately strokes Lily's hair as they get lunch together - smiling at the brunette beauty before leaning in for a kiss.
