Former Married at First Sight bride, Lara Eyre, 52, who appeared on the UK version of the show in 2022, has shared a video from her hospital bed and issued a warning to her fans.The reality TV star, known to have asthma, posted the footage on Instagram on Friday [20 December] morning, where she was seen donning a black beanie hat and matching jumper.Throughout the video, Lara appeared breathless at times and revealed that she had ended up in hospital after going out for a prescription.

She confessed that she was unprepared and lacked certain "essentials and creature comforts". She advised her followers: "So, if you have asthma and you feel at all unwell, top tip - pack a 'go bag'.

Leave it in your hallway [or] leave it in your car, so you don't end up in a hospital without anything that you need. No makeup, no wipes, no socks, no toothbrush.

Like nothing. Lara added." She continued: "I've come with nothing and so I'm gonna write a list down below of all the things I wish I had with me whilst I'm here.
