This followed after a small fire reminded Priya of an incident that left her with permanent scarring, and she decided it was time to move on with her life.
As Priya was set to leave the village behind, David Metcalfe ran off with their daughter Amba as he didn't want her to leave with Priya.
Of course, in true soap style David did return with Amba and after tying up any loose ends Priya was on her way and viewers watched as she said her final goodbyes.
