During the emotional episode, it saw Daniel and Matt, who are MAFS UK's first-ever same sex wedding, sweetly decide to continue with their relationship.
While Marilyse and Franky, who have had a turbulent time during the E4 series, also decided to remain together during the final vow renewals.
