The latest season of Married at First Sight UK is in full swing, and since mid September, we've been getting heavily invested in all of the couples looking to find love in the most unconventional way.That is, marrying someone they've never met.
For some context, the show involves a social experiment whereby couples are matched "scientifically" by a panel of experts. In the UK version's case, these are Australian dating and relationship expert Mel Schilling, Celebs Go Dating 'love doctor,' Paul Brunson and sex and relationships therapist, Charlene Douglas.
Once the panel have paired the eight singletons, they meet just minutes before they tie the knot. This series, fans have been particularly enamoured by performing arts teacher Shona Manderson and her new husband, model and reality show veteran, Brad Skelly.
After meeting each other in the flesh for the first time at the altar, it was obvious the two had an initial physical attraction to each other.
