Marnie Simpson has opened up about her brief split from fiancé Casey Johnson in January, admitting she was suffering from depression.The former Geordie Shore star, 29, made the revelation as she discussed living with a chronic bladder condition in an Instagram Live.

Opening up about her symptoms, Marnie confessed: “I was ready to give up. I was in such a bad place because I couldn’t really do anything.

And if I did, I was just a zombie. "I was told by doctors I couldn’t eat things I wanted to eat, I couldn’t drink alcohol, I couldn’t eat sugar, I couldn’t have coffee.
