Marlon and Charity left fuming with Ryan in Emmerdale spoilers after Gail's return

Charity (Emma Atkins) and Marlon (Mark Charnock) feel that Ryan (James Moore) is letting his heart rule his head when he makes the rash decision, and worry that it could cause further problems for the pub.
In tonight's (Friday) episode of the ITV soap, Ryan will be seen offering Gail (Rachael Gill-Davis) a job in the pub's kitchen after Naomi Walters' (Karene Peter) departure.
But while Ryan feels he's solved The Woolpack's staffing problem and helped out Gail to boot, Marlon and Charity are less than impressed as they feel Gail isn't best suited to the job and Ryan had the wrong motivations for employing her.
