Marks Wright shares what 'they never warn you about' after baby with Michelle Keegan

Mark Wright has opened up about the challenges of fatherhood with his Heart FM listeners.The former TOWIE star recently embraced fatherhood when he and his wife Michelle Keegan were blessed with a baby girl named Palma earlier this month.

Discussing the new chapter this morning, Mark gave co-host Olly Murs and listeners an update on how parenting life is treating him.

During the show an interaction was sparked by listener Lisa's comment about being "very tired" from sorting clothes. Mark responded: "Lisa, I'm going to go back to what you just said there, it's very tiring sorting your clothes in your room – don't talk to me about tired right now." Olly burst into laughter before Mark continued: "Because Palma, my little baby, is making me extremely tired.

I turned up this morning and Olly went 'you look shattered'." Olly noted for the first time the 'little bags' under Mark's eyes, saying: "You know what, it's your eyes, it is the first time I've seen these little bags in all the years I've known you, just here, and it is a dad thing, it is a parent thing, all of a sudden you get these little bags under your eyes." Mark said: "Yeah, they say dad bod don't they, they never warn you about dad eyes!" Still, when Olly enquired if Mark was relishing fatherhood despite the sleepless nights, Mark didn't hesitate to express his joy: "It is the best thing ever.
