Mark Wright has flaunted his buff body during a swim, massage and cryotherapy treatment ahead of running the London marathon later this month. The 36 year old television personality shared a series of clips to his Instagram stories on April 12 as he embarked on a day of self-care amid his intense marathon training - and he left little to the imagination!

He first gave fans an insight into the entrance and reception area at CPASE, an exclusive members-only luxury health club and gym in Cheshire, before showing-off the health club's luxe sauna and stylish swimming pool. "Come to Cpase for a little gym session - and most importantly, a recovery day," he said.

After a dip in the pool - with Mark briefly flexing his arms up and giving viewers a quick peek at his impressive physique - he's filmed stepping into a cryotherapy tank, dressed only in a towel around his legs and gloves on his hands. "Now its Cryo time!" he says while opening the door to the tank. "And that is cold, trust me!" Cryotherapy, often called 'cold therapy,' is a healthcare treatment that is often used by people who have cancer - but is also recommended for people looking to relieve symptoms of muscle pain and body aches.

After running a half marathon at the beginning of the month and with intense training ahead of the full marathon later in April, it's no wonder the star was in need of a cryotherapy session.
