Michelle Keegan manages to keep her jaw-dropping figure despite tucking into takeaways and currys. The actress, 35, keeps to a strict gym routine to keep herself in shape but always allows herself cheat meals on the weekends.

Speaking to The Sun, Mark, 35, said: 'She loves a Chinese takeaway and a curry. We both have a very balanced life and we both work hard in the gym and stay healthy. 'I try to be as healthy as I can and live a balanced life. 'But at the weekend if you want to have a takeaway or eat some junk food do it because you need that balance in your life. 'Michelle previously told how she only works out for 45 minites a day and never has any guilt about indulging in junk food.

Speaking on the Off The Menu podcast, she said: 'I never feel guilty when I eat cheat because if I've been strict all week, I feel like I deserve it. 'I only set myself a target to spend 45 minutes in the gym and then I'm done. ''I'm quite bad at snacking at night, so I am quite full from the night before, if I'm being honest. 'Mark ran the London Marathon on Sunday in a time of 3 hours and 41 minutes and he and Michelle co-own a fitness brand together.

Mark is set to return to TV screens as he landed a presenting gig last Thursday, for a new Channel 5 series. The former reality star jetted off to Argentina last month along with several famous faces to film the show which is similar to the US series The Challenge.
