Mark Wright bumps into Dermot O'Leary at race and is praised for 'washboard' abs

Ahead of the London marathon on Sunday 23 April, former TOWIE star Mark Wright has taken part in today's (April 2) London Landmarks half-marathon, where he bumped into This Morning presenter Dermot O'Leary.Taking to his Instagram Stories, Mark, 36, filmed a message for his fans as he walked to the starting point, telling them: "Tell you what, it's chilly today.

It's a cold one, but the crowds are already building up and it's starting to warm up. "I'm feeling good.The atmosphere on a run like this just makes you feel amazing.Trust me, book one, you won't regret it." At the marathon's starting point Mark bumped into Dermot, 49, and the pair excitedly announced on another on Instagram.

Mark announced: "Look who I've seen" while Dermot patted Mark's stomach and dubbed him "the legend." Mark then labelled Dermot "the legend O'Leary" while Dermot dubbed his pal "the washboard" in reference to to his abs.The TV star then reunited with AJ Pritchard, his girlfriend Zara Zoffany, and brother and former Love Island star Curtis Pritchard, who he excitedly referred to as "The Challenge UK fam" in reference to the reality competition show on which they appeared, and which Mark hosted.

Mark then updated fans at the end of the race to show his fitness watch, displaying a time of 1:36:12. "HAPPY WITH THAT," he said.
