John Boyega has been speaking out against racism, despite the impact it may have on his career, while sharing his outrage over the death of George Floyd.
Floyd died in Minneapolis after he was arrested and a white police officer knelt on his neck for over eight minutes, despite him insisting he couldn’t breathe.
John was seen joining protestors in Hyde Park on Wednesday, where he gave a powerful speech and broke down in tears as he urged crowds to understand how ‘painful’ racism can be.
While speaking, John confessed that he ‘may not have a career’ after speaking out so publicly, but his co-stars, filmmakers and producers have assured the star that they still very much have his back.
