Voiceover star Mark Elliot has died aged 81. The legend - who lent his voice to several blockbuster projects throughout his career - died on April 3 after suffering two heart attacks.
Mark's passing was announced by fellow voiceover artist Charlie Van Dyke to The Hollywood Reporter. According to Charlie, Mark died in a Los Angeles hospital after suffering two heart attacks and was also battling lung cancer. "He was one of a kind … and kind is a great word to describe him," Van Dyke told the outlet.
Elliot had an impressive work CV with credits on Star Wars movies and huge Disney hits. He started out in 1977 with the trailer for Smokey and the Bandit and went on to bag voiceover roles in George Lucas' Star Wars and The Goodbye Girl.
