Margot Robbie has revealed that a full-frontal nude scene in The Wolf Of Wall Street was her own idea.Robbie played Naomi in the 2013 drama and appears completely naked when attempting to seduce wealthy stockbroker Jordan Belfort, played by Leonardo DiCaprio.

At first, director Martin Scorsese said she could wear a robe if it made her more comfortable, but Robbie had a different idea she felt was more fitting for the character.“That’s not what she would do in that scene,” she explained on the Talking Pictures: A Movie Memories podcast. “The whole point is that she’s going to come out completely naked—that’s the card she’s playing.”It wasn’t the first time she’d brought a bold idea to the film.

In her final audition, the scene required her to kiss DiCaprio but she slapped him instead.“I thought, I could kiss Leonardo DiCaprio right now, and that would be awesome,” she said. “I can’t wait to tell all of my friends this.
