Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Marcus Rashford should look to the younger players at Manchester United for inspiration to rediscover his form rather than Cristiano Ronaldo.
That's according to former United striker Louis Saha, who believes Rashford has the ability to get back to his best after a difficult campaign.
The 24-year-old's form plummeted last term as he endured the worst season of his career. Rashford only managed to score five goals which is the lowest tally since he became a first-team player, even including his first campaign in the senior side in which he only made his debut in February.
His performances led to a spell out of the starting XI which in turn caused the striker to consider his future at Old Trafford.
