Marcus Rashford admitted that Manchester United's players were thrilled for Wout Weghorst after he scored his first Old Trafford goal during Thursday night's 4-1 Europa League win over Real Betis.

The Dutchman, who joined United on loan from Burnley for the remainder of the season in January, netted the Reds' fourth goal of the contest, meaning they will head into the second leg of their last-16 showdown with the Spanish side next week with one foot already in the quarter-finals.

Weghorst, who had scored just once prior to the win over Betis, was evidently relieved to have ended his goal drought in an emotion-filled celebration.
